Damn safcom!

Is this why they gave me sh25 bonus airtime when I logged?? incentive???Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
I am limited user but hey at times we need the unlimited!!
Guess it's time to check if the grass is greener on the other side cz this could be the end of my loyalty to colic.

Ni kuhama Pap! kesho.Somebody please tell me which network is best in terms of speed and cost.

Seems Safaricom might overtake Kenya Power as the most hated company judging by posts on their Facebook page and Twitter. Withdrawal of the "unlimited" didn't go down well with folks on social media.

they could have said atleast they are working on something . Now they just cut the service like that thats plain rude !

Thats why they had bandwith throttled for unlimited data, you can still download a movie with the fixed data bundles.
I think its just a move to make individuals buy more bundles.



we said itsnot becasue of porn or other dirty stuff thats congesting the network becasue actually there's no bandwidth to be misused . given that they throttle it alllllot . am thinking maybe they have taken that bandwidth somewhere else where it will pay more !

this is a stone cold, hard business decision ..whoever decided to go ahead with capping usage also decided they can live with the backlash and the insults ...so yapping about it wont help.
its no longer a monopoly ...orange and airtel have comparable ...even better speeds at some places and times ..
Just vote with your feet ...go to the network that offers the best data deals and shut up.

orange wasn't working well with me.was too slow.sometimes getting disconnected. airtel is good if not better than scon.you can try airtel and orange and report here

Which Safcon was that? Even just watching a short Youtube video is difficult. How did guys manage to download movies on the unlimited?

who said you can download even the small 700 Mb video on 'unlimited'
that service was just doomed to fail
