Finally, I got my online writing business on track and on the day my balance reached $ 50 in pay pal, (After one week) I couldn't wait to withdraw.

Actually, before you can withdraw money from pay pal in Kenya, you will have to work hard at it.

Finally I succeeded in having my account limited since my bank refused to confirm my debit card and they suspected me of fraud. The I could not even withdraw.

You can withdraw from PayPal successfully in Kenya using ePay-Kenya. More on that in this link:

You can also use the Payoneer US virtual account. More on the same link.

I have used both and can bear witness that they all work perfectly.
