I would like to lose more body fat very much

I used to eat a lot all the time. I'd get together with my associates and we would either go to a fast food place or have a huge get-together with plenty of food. I'd always eat more than everybody in the company, with my 5'5'' I was always the biggest girl, however it never concerned me until I traveled to France. Because I understood that it was the country of fashion, I decided to buy me some clothes, however I couldn't come across clothing of size 30. I was so upset because of it, and so when I came back to Usa, I wished to start getting rid of body fat. I have got Phentermine, and so I chose my diet by eating a smaller amount bad foods. But I believe I still eat a lot though cause I'm so used to it. So far I lost 20 pounds, and it looks like my scale is frozen. I do not know very well what else to perform. Will you be able to offer me some advice what I must eat, and how I need to exercise?

Dear malcom,there is no one size fit all but start by eating lite and right abit of exercise move abit more..but there is more to it...get a personnal trainer

eat well and exercise more. Do not skip meals but eat right in small portions.

The best way to deal with an addiction is not to stop it at once. Since you love eating,don't stop,just start by eating right and get used to that.We all know what constitutes a healthy diet.

Exercise? I wont ask u to jog or walk cz that should be part of ur routine already.
Start right inside the house by doing manual work and stay off machines.
Yep,wash,bend,wipe,scrub,trim,climb,lift,using ur hands and feet often.
That is the best exercise at no cost.smile

Open ur fridge and get rid of junk. When u go shopping force urself not to go to some sections.
It will eventually develop into a routine.

Next get busy.If you are too busy you may find urself skipping meals and when you get really hungry grab some healthy stuff.

1) Exercise in the MORNING - before breakfast. When you exercise in the morning, your body gets it's energy from the stored fat. Any time during the day, it gets the energy from the food you've eaten and you therefore burn less fat.

2) Squats, squats, squats. No exercise burns fat faster than squats. Muscles are fat guzzlers - they burn fat like no ones business. Thigh muscles are the largest muscles in your body. Developing those muscles burns body fat more than anything else.

3) They are foods that HELP burn fat!!! So the more you eat them, the more fat you burn!!!

NOTE:

1) Google the right way to do squats - the one you do like you are almost sitting on an imaginary chair. If you do them wrongly, you'll just sweat without burning enough fat.

2) Don't be afraid of becoming mascular. It will NOT happen. Women have less testosterone than men and therefore their muscles cannot develop the same way men muscles do even if they do exactly the same exercises.

3) DON'T lose weight through starvation - or so called "diets". That only works in the short run. The body cannibalizes itself - it eats up the muscles - and because muscles are heavier than fat, when you weigh yourself, you actually weigh less. When you go back to normal eating, you gain weight at an abnormal rate because metabolism is now lower due to less muscles. Other health problems might also arise due to loss of muscles. For starters, a big percentage of the heart is muscle.

4) Google the following:
i) Benefits of exercising in the morning.
ii) Squats and weight loss.
iii) Proper way to do squats.
iv) Fat burning food.
v) Testosterone, muscle development, women.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Phentermine will damage your heart. Get rid of it. Join a structured weight management programme like Lighter Life, Weight Watchers, Rosemary Connelly. Go back to basics and learn what a healthy diet is. See a dietician and let her help you plan a fat and calorie restricted diet. Try Orlistat. At size 30, you'll probably not be able to do the amount and type of exercise that can reduce weight, so getting the diet right is key.
