1) Exercise in the MORNING - before breakfast. When you exercise in the morning, your body gets it's energy from the stored fat. Any time during the day, it gets the energy from the food you've eaten and you therefore burn less fat.
2) Squats, squats, squats. No exercise burns fat faster than squats. Muscles are fat guzzlers - they burn fat like no ones business. Thigh muscles are the largest muscles in your body. Developing those muscles burns body fat more than anything else.
3) They are foods that HELP burn fat!!! So the more you eat them, the more fat you burn!!!
NOTE:1) Google the right way to do squats - the one you do like you are almost sitting on an imaginary chair. If you do them wrongly, you'll just sweat without burning enough fat.
2) Don't be afraid of becoming mascular. It will NOT happen. Women have less testosterone than men and therefore their muscles cannot develop the same way men muscles do even if they do exactly the same exercises.
3) DON'T lose weight through starvation - or so called "diets". That only works in the short run. The body cannibalizes itself - it eats up the muscles - and because muscles are heavier than fat, when you weigh yourself, you actually weigh less. When you go back to normal eating, you gain weight at an abnormal rate because metabolism is now lower due to less muscles. Other health problems might also arise due to loss of muscles. For starters, a big percentage of the heart is muscle.
