@Maka,
Sincere condolences. Difficult to advise as nobody can feel what you are feeling. Only you feel the hurting.
But, one way of dealing with it is appreciating the time the Almight gave the 2 of you. Appreciate and thank the Almighty for the good times you shared.

May take too long. Counselling may help in dealing with this.

let the tears drop..crying really helps...speaking from experience....Men always shy away from crying but Nothing heals faster than taking your time to cry and mourn over the departed.

Sorry for your loss.

Be prepared for it any time just as the Bible says always.

My condolences to you for losing a loved one.

Weep, grieve and mourn, then release the departed.

In the fullness of time, you will come to realise that the departed are with us, only not in physical form.

Pole.

@maka, take heart as you go through the loss and pain.
As you have been told, when you feel like crying doing it without any hold back.Reminisce on the good times you shared and keep the good memories but most of all let go what has parted, and time will heal all wounds. All the best in the healing process.

What are the clouds
But an excuse for the sky?
What is life,
But an escape from death?
