CFC Financial services are sending emails to clients asking them to register with two retail contact points, due to a change in their business model. Thetwo retail contact points (agents) are Centsavvy and Investax. They will be closing the Kenyatta avenue customer service centre. Anyone received the email and what are the implications?

I wonder if CFC did a customer survey before rolling out the new model. If they did they would have found out that many investors have a distrust for agents. Loopholes for fraud and malpractice are just too many.

The hand of South Africans. More often than not, they get it wrong with the Kenyan market.

I really cannot understand what cfc management is thinking ?
Delegating such a vital part of the business to some make shift agents somewhere is a bad business plan .
