I was told and it's a true story, that a certain mzungu offered to buy chamelions of various breed and export to wherever I think for medicinal value.
When the idea was shared with the Tambaya people they stopped everything they were doing and started hunting for chamelions.The promise and reward was good!!
Each farmer bred chamelions.Children,women men did nothing except hunt for chamelions on fences from morning till evening.
