^^ its okay.I understand his frustration and digust.Trust me it doesn't beat mine.
I always come across stuff where people are praising our city for organisation Pray and beauty and the best I do is re emphasise and talk well.
But mimi mkenya najua pale rottenness iko na lazima itangazwe.
We all agree it's a matter of individual responsibility or else we have a very long way to go.
Can't imagine Konza littered with garbage heaps everywhere.
I don't even know if it will be possible to stop slums from growing around/in Konza.
Yeah we need an environmental dictator.

Rwanda is not just clean. The Rwandese have made deliberate efforts to make it clean. What with the "Clean-up Saturdays" and no plastic bags from across the border policy? Its' not self-hate. We are really dirty and we need to take self responsibility.

I hate it, we hate it but even if u gave trash bins to some people, they will never make good use of them.Atatupa rubbish next to the bin!

True!!

But i think the city council has a responsibility to this. They are in-charge of ensuring that people do not litter and garbage is collected promptly. If they collected garbage the way they did money things would be better.I agree individual responsibility is foremost but what do you expect in estates where drainage systems and trash bins are non-existent???

I have learnt one lesson in life which is;
Never to surrender all responsibility to the people charged with carrying them out because they will let me down.
I am responsible for taking care of my immediate environment and the council is only suppposed to reinforce.
The thing with us is this. We assume that since we are paying taxes to the council then the best way to see it work is by giving them extra work to do,but at what cost to your health?
I should be more worried about rats and disease breeding in my environment than kanjo.

In organised estated rubbish collection is privatised cz kanjo seriously lacks resources to penetrate each estate and carry out clean outs.It will never happen.

If its commercial properties let the owners ensure the radius from the main road to their premises is clean.

UNFORTUNATELY some citizens embrace dirt in such way that makes you think they were conceived right in the middle of the Dandora garbage heap and that it's part of their DNA.
This type goes beyond dirt but go about offloading their loose cargo anywhere without consideration.NKT!
like one bus driver who stopped on stage and instead of picking up px he started peeing right there infront of us.
I think kukiwa na 'citizens arrest' it will help curb this.since kanjo's eyes aren't everywhere.

Under citizens arrest,if you are caught throwing taka ovyo ovyo, you are forced to not only pick what you threw but sweep the entire place ili iwe funzo.
Yeah even if you are driving a dreamliner
I think Kenyans understand crude not soft treatment
