I dont know what they smoking, but i dont want it. The investor's chief problem - and even his worst enemy - is likely to be himself

Rank: Chief Joined: 5/31/2011 Posts: 5,121		@Aguytrying, all analyst are smoking the same stuff, probably the legal and good one The Africa Investment Bank says in its brief on KQ’s rights issue that the airline could yield more than twice its current value over a three-year period. “Our coverage of the KQ rights issue yields a buy recommendation based on a target price of Sh35, a 150 per cent upside potential to the current market price of Sh14. We expect the growth in earnings over the next three years to be achieved mainly through continued route expansion,” the investment company notes.

This is a pointer that the rights will NOT reach full subscription. All the same, I think with the current froth in the market, there may be a SHORT TERM bounce in the offing, once the date for payment passes (i.e. 27th April) and shares become scarce for a while. On that basis, I have gotten me some @ 14 PURELY for SPECULATION.
