Boilers consumer more electric power than instant shower, not only in Nyayo estate but every where

The newer phases are slightly different..... the rooms are slightly smaller in size, the interior paint work and tiles not that good, the fittings are also not good(quality), although the exteriors look much better than the older phases. Insiders say phase II is the best....
