Boilers consumer more electric power than instant shower, not only in Nyayo estate but every where

It means that if you can afford a 6m house, then you can afford at least a 300k 'prombox'.

The newer phases are slightly different..... the rooms are slightly smaller in size, the interior paint work and tiles not that good, the fittings are also not good(quality), although the exteriors look much better than the older phases. Insiders say phase II is the best....

@King G: i agree with you. Water problems, increased blackouts, kids/hsehelps menace (making noise allover the place in the courts, kids playing on the drive way till late evening!). Its no longer the haven it was 2 yrs ago.

On reading this, I have a feeling I know you smile

I lived in a flat and for a looong time I had never had water get into the tank, the taps in the house were just for decoration, this song of sinking boreholes was there since 2001 surely,

I understand that borehole water in this area is not fit for consumption hata kuogea, its intoxicated...There is no water at all in nyayo and the huge 6m lt underground tak is useless now, intelligence has it NSSF has a huge bill with NWSC...total chaos I tell you

Nyayo estate embakasi is a pale shadow of it's former self and getting worse by the day, add the TPS stress "owners"are going through, NSSF has tightened its belt and guess what, a month's delay in paying the instalment, barua ya kufungiwa nyumba PAP, no notice, they lock your house and they don't care if you are the tenant or "LL"

This estate will be worse than buru, south c,b (that were IT them days) in the next 5years..you can take that to the bank!

Ilibidi nihame Sad

Problems can get out of proportion, and not only in the wee small hours. Don't let the problems eclipse the Master. Let the Master eclipse the problems.

@Dash, we are not preventing you from moving there. We are alerting you on the menaces that are being experienced in almost all the occupied phases of the estate. What @ Leylah is trying to let you know is that there are no decent and safe playgrounds for children therefore they play on the driveway (read – roads within the estate). Would you want your kinds to play on the driveway at about 6.30 pm, dim lights and careless drivers in this town? We have not even discussed the number of car accidents.
