The law puts the responsibility of raising the kid on both the father and the mother. It is blind on how the kid was conceived! We need a separate law to protect the donor which I believe does not exist in Kenya. I stand to be
collected though.
Donors are protected by anonymity in my opinion. If you make such an arrangement with someone known to you, then I believe you will be setting yourself up!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
