Before seeing a doc try aloe Vera made by Gnld or any other reputable company. Change your food from acidic to more alkaline based foods (google to see this kinds of foods) then u r good to go.

I think what your mum would need is to have an endoscopy to determine what is causing the ulcers. you can try dr. devani at the aga khan in nairobi but may be other wazuans can recommend other (cheaper) doctors.

nexium (20g and 40g) would be good for the meantime until doctor advises appropriate treatment

Ulcers, especially in those over 65 years must be taken very seriously because the underlying cause could be life threatening. She needs an endoscopy urgently.
