Am a part of FEP & i can assure you these are the secrets the "few" wealthy Kenyans cannot share with us but now we know. The returns make sense to me because i have read & understood how to be wealthy & not in a few million shillings but in dollars $$$ & if you are working hard to be a rich, you will only be a millionaire but when you work hard & smart & get your company the levels of PPO & IPO, you are an assured billionaire. Ask Mwangi of Equity & the likes who are buying into companies in real estate, media, insurance & banks & they are doing PPO's & IPO's...you will get to see where the wealth is coming from. In the Previous post @Provicky asked are you the one selling shares of your company or are you just a buyer? Read the following posts: http://www.kenyanlist.co...sting-show.php?id=64191

Billionaires, see you at the top FEP is about a few people such as John Githaka (who I know very well from Kabarak btw) doing very well at the expense of a few. It is the story of Equity and a few billionaires who got rich at the expense of the masses who subscribed to the idea. If that is the way to get rich, I will be happy to stay poor!

so what is the value for a share at the moment? Though i have also found another 'FEP' that is not as expensive to join as this.....and it is real and is in business.... the problem is that it is very selective..... When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

I think there are very strange people in this world. Why would somebody buy shares in a company that hasn't started to do business??Its not even a start-up,no.Its still in the kitchen or in the mind of the founders???

I cannot speak for the rest of the group but only for the branch that I am responsible for. We are basically the Kirinyaga Branch of Fountain Credit Services Limited and we are a micro finance company targeting self help groups registered with the Social Services Department and also businesses that have been in operation for six months or more based in this county. We gave our first round of cheques to borrowers in July 2011 at 18% per year and this lot make their final installment in June 2012. My excel workshop monthly report shows me that we have extended 41,326,000 in loans all repayable within one year. If that, in your esteemed opinion, constitutes " hasn't started to do business??Its not even a start-up,no.Its still in the kitchen or in the mind of the founders??? " then I concur with you that " I think there are very strange people in this world"
