Based on your PAT of 50K, and assuming sh 100 per head, your profit is 500 heads. If we conservatively put your costs at 50% of PAT, you will be shaving 750 heads a month. Even the barber at my son's school (1,000 students with an exclusive contract)doesn't have that kind of turnover, so where are the watejas? Also remember Syokimau recently had a forced dislocation of people. Don't tell me you charge sh 200 a head, those are Kileleshwa rates.
