I dont see an amicable solution to the problem of selecting the ODM torch bearer. The NEC will not change the rules to suit Mudavadi (however democratic the desired changes may sound). If you are an eagle don't hang around with chickens; chickens don't fly....

What will people say if ODM cedes to Mudavadi's wishes and still he loses the nominations?
Mudavadi was at the NEC meeting that made the rules, why the change of heart?
