Nay, nothing illegal about that swearing in - it was perfectly within the law.
Hata hivyo, there are many positions and deeds she (under)took that she wouldnt have taken if she were what she wants us to believe she is.
Take account of her stint in office between 2002 and 2007, - remember the interview with BBC -defending Kibaki regime ills, and you'll begin to appreciate she is just another Kenyan politician, who takes positions not always on principle, but political expediency.
During the run up to the last referundum when some genuine personalities wanted certain gray areas in the Constitution straightened out before we voted it in as our supreme law source, she was busy shouting such people down.
Now look where we are - largely because of a poor constitutional frame work!
