In my own view the timing is very wanting! @panomaz. I would want to pardon your skepticism, but you see, these projects were not mooted in 2012,which is the election year,some go back more than three decades ago. Unscrupulous people are part and parcel of the society. Those pyramid schemes were one of those. That in itself doesn't stop the whole country from moving forward. Scandals are everywhere,all the time.First world , third world and any other "worlds" out there.
