And how will this be handled!

Come the due date, the employer will send her salary to her Bank account. If after it has been debited to her account she returns it to the employer, the employer may have to put it in a suspence account pending sorting out the issue!

Karua can choose to pre empt such a scenario by writing to the employer not to forward her salary.

The employer may insist on sending it it unless she resigns!!

Ama!

Nay, nothing illegal about that swearing in - it was perfectly within the law.

Hata hivyo, there are many positions and deeds she (under)took that she wouldnt have taken if she were what she wants us to believe she is.

Take account of her stint in office between 2002 and 2007, - remember the interview with BBC -defending Kibaki regime ills, and you'll begin to appreciate she is just another Kenyan politician, who takes positions not always on principle, but political expediency.

During the run up to the last referundum when some genuine personalities wanted certain gray areas in the Constitution straightened out before we voted it in as our supreme law source, she was busy shouting such people down.

Now look where we are - largely because of a poor constitutional frame work!

I think it would be better if she donated the same to charity, ama she builds some decent housing to some of the IDPs.

That picture of her shoving left to right amidst men at KICC leading to midnight swearing memory will last like forever for generations to come.
That was her downfall, though she thought she was really doing it!
