Plots in Runda

i have been made aware of a some plots being sold in Runda. Does any one know if a bank can give long time finance (mortgage) to buy a plot?

In Kenya banks shied away from lending against land because of a number of factors.One,land is a corruption tool in Kenya and so there are many scandals/feuds emanating from its transactions.Two,in the 80s defaulters left too much land in the hands of banks. Having said that,there are a number of products on offer by banks that could help you purchase land. There is a mortgage to help you construct. Housing Finance and Equity bank have such a product. You would have to own the land though for you to enjoy this.

The plots measure 0.5 ha and they have clean titles the guys selling are wazee's. It was a land buying company formerly known as kiguaru farm which subdivided the land into small plots. The plot can be accessed either through kiambu road or limuru road. I know most of the former members who have been selling the land . My old lady has one but she keep on posting the sale. Although i know she will sell it by the end of this year.

an acre is going for 8m. dont have exact details of location but al holla when i do.
