The opposite of courage is not cowardice, it's conformity.

I am torn in between.

At one hand, I find this creating a socialistic system. But on the other hand our healthcare is rotten. Will this increase translate to improved healthcare?

By the way, why is unelected body given the powers to impose charges/deduction on the public?

Interestingly the scheme is unwanted by most of the working class while as NHIF claims it's intended to help them.

NHIF is established by an act of parliament...so your representatives had an input.

Unfortunately, Kenyans dont have an option unless the law is changed

2,000 from my meagre earning simply means a reduction in SinTertainment: Less bottles and fewer mbuzi to die by my name.

For this kind of money, what services will NHIF offer in return? If I pay kes 2000 per month, does that entitle me for more than one who pays 150 kes?

This is quit unreasonable; even the 320 shilling they have been collecting they havent shown how they have been using it, in fact they return billions annually to the exchequer!
