What worries me is the cost of doing business. Just go to majerwa and you shall know how much the customs are raking in... try registering anything without the locals... its too painful... what is impressive for me is the justice system, corrupt free low end market segment etc I was once arrested on the streets for i did not know why the whole country closes down on last sato of the month... to do general cleaning? is it called mugunda? but the chaps [military] were civil, disciplined and did not even whisper anything like TKK despite my cargeo and the many wrong turns that finally saw me end at Kagame's neighbourhood ...
