People don't get things because they know how to get them, or because they know certain things exist: instead, they get because they seek. And everyone is free to choose.

Then an external observer's judgement is limited to only that is which is statistically normal (a form of tyranny in itself), and this in effect turns out to be an evaluation of the observer's self and not of the 'other.'

Thank u.Now if somebody explained like that I understand.Makes sense cz in this case whetver is being sought may fall into the hands of the zealous book/streewise guy.
I think umenijibu.smile

@ pariah.
I have used the same line on some internet addicts but I stopped after discovering what people do with their lives is really none of my biz.
Online stuff can only be productive if what you learn or engage in is translated into real life otherwise it becomes useless.
Its also possible to never be online but live a junkie kind of life.ie Being everywhere,everytime doing everything,but less productive.
A life of quantity not quality.

There are educated people who are poor and there are uneducated people who are rich, there are employed people who are poor and there are unemployed people who are rich. That's life. And most often being rich or poor is all about your mindset.

The deeper question @essyk is are you happy or unhappy? The thing with harsh ambition is that it is never fully quenched, no matter how many millions you accumulate ..or degrees etc etc. It becomes your master, consuming you, setting new lofty goals to attain, chipping at your health, relationships. There are enough rich but miserable people out there who can prove this out.

It is also not good to measure yourself based on what others have done. Every person's life is a unique track of events ...opportunity and luck play a big role in all great scores despite what people would have you believe. Set out what you want to achieve and if you achieve, rest or take it slow. Thats my belief anyways.

When we check out of the world, no one takes their success with them. But if it came to choosing, I would go with education. You can experiment with street smarts after the education and see if they work for you or not ...but if you can't learn in class ..you can't learn

@quicksand. Thank you.

Success=Happiness.

Education/Street tactics> as long as you are happy then you are successful, so no man/woman should make you feel otherwise.

strive to be happy cz that which makes u happy is ur success.smile
