I think the system has a problem.I request for a new password every month.

Another problem is that the system assumes that every person qualifies for personal relief. Its a problem if you have staff seconded from another employer if they are earning two salaries.

@Noble;

Here! Here!

I thought I was the only one having to get a new password every month. Good to hear that some one else is in my boat....I'm on my fifth password!!!

What about VAT returns? Don't you wish you could enter input VAT details and save them on a daily basis and then retrieve them at the end of the month?

....when you finish the VAT return,it produces a bank payment slip which you are supposed to print and use for banking the tax.....when you get to the bank,they want you to have two copies of the slip!!!! the system does not advice you to print THREEone for you and two for the bank....

@ Mukiha,

Don't bother; they are probably out for lunch till 3pm.

Try calling their customer support,maybe you might get some help. (if the noise of cutlery in the back ground doesnt drown the operators voice.)

@The General;

You are a God send!!!!

I was about to leave when I saw your post...so I decided to give them some time to have their all important lunch....

Meanwhile I did some idle navigation of the site...and saw a tab labelled....

'INTERNAL SERVICES'

Clicked on it and found link labelled......

'GENERATE E-SLIP'

Clicked on it and ....voila...I find out that I can print e-slips for any past month......

What an unfriendly way to design a web site?

Anyway; now I' off to the bank to make the payment....

Phew...that was close....

@ Mukiha,

One would have a reason to get pissed off if it wasn't clowns that maintain that site.
