Surrender certificates??
I have 2 certificates in my house....whats the procedure?

Take them to Co-Op bank house 13th floor to the shares registrar who will give you a surrender form to fill.

@Chaka thanks.Will I get a share certificate of *20 after the surrender or will my shares be converted to non-physical form i.e CDS?

You will get a new share cert. of *20 via post when
they are ready.This I believe you will be able immobilize at your stock broker when the shares begin trading

does it mean the fraud took place at cic offices, with soo many customers without knowledge of cic? I dont agree,this could be a malice to tanish the company as they prepare for listing.

I think it's about time we hear more positive news (about listing) since the NSE is bullish.

the agm took 25minutes only
coop bank owns 26.54%,coop bank sacco owns 7%,coop bank ceo owns 3%,other saccos below 2%.generally saccos owns 75%.listing awaits cma clearance.

In terms of investor information, this company has along way to go. Its very very difficult to get any information about this company, unless you have insiders. Why? Even shareholders are usually in the dark.

Needs to do more to make investor information available to public.
