Please help: Creepy crawlies in the house

They are ugly looking, the size of a roach, grey in colour and the body is like a shell (hard). The head is tiny!

They are crawling and look lifeless. Though not many they are scaring everyone.

How do I kick them out of my house?

Tumia that raid chalk thing' i gave the roach invaders in my digs the last supper, now digz is roach free.. still working on cleaning dishes after supper though, plays a big part in bringing bugs into the house'
If i showed you where i live, you would think that i was hiding.

Can I find this in the supermarket or where? I also need to offer mine their last supper too.
