Someone is taking us for a ride.I saw a feature last night on NTV (while ogling nanio) how those 3 guys were able to do the massive paintwork in downtown.
They run a generator,connect laptop,beam from a projector and proceed to paint using accesories like ladders etc for 3 hrs without police noticing them.
Kwani police/security sleep between 1-4am in Kenya?

True true - i thinks cops are aware but for some reason have decided to keep off.

NB - Don't ogle too much, utaumua na kichwa bure!!

Any of you think the cops will be too overzelous over this? C'mon guys they are busy trapping akina Magigi and Impunity in basements of buildings and fleecing them off their liitle cash they have remaining!!!!

BBK Westlands have CCTV cameras all over the place. Yet they are victims with "waititu 4 governor" all over their wall. Why cant they share cctv footage with the cops?

Read in some newspaper that they actually use the police to provide security while they do the work. The guy claimed that it was not official but 'he knew people.'
