Looks like the 'pub' is getting a major makeover. I like that new tent design. It's a revolutionary design. I couldn't resist walking in and having a cold beer on that counter next to the kenyatta avenue entrance.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
