@Kratos This are my thoughts,I believe there so many women who have become punching bags for men even when the man does not have any mental problem...

But for a man to become a punching bag and his boys,his family knows about,his childrean and the whole village and everybody is laughing at him....and he still holds on,loves,cherish his wife and helps his wife to recover.NB there is nowhere Steve begs for help....to me this man is very Rich.

To a layman, its not easy to diagnose bipolar since the sick person appears very normal.

Someone can help by ensuring the sick person takes medication without failure[if he/she is not on denial].

If he/she is on denial, only legal mechanisms that force him/her to take medication can prevent catastrophe..
