1.3485 seems to be hard for the euro$ and its also at the 50% fib retracement. if we donot take that out we have topped !

I'm of the same opinion, its a top for now, we may expect retracement before we take it out later. Remember my target 1.39.

i think if we donot make a new high today then 1.2000 is on the cards long term...
the larger trend is still down ...
lets see how this LTRO announcement goes about !

And there goes the fall.

i think i should just say bye bye to 1.5000. top has now been confirmed ..back to 1.2000 for those who like long term trades

Correction : lets not get too bearish on eurusd at first because i have just noticed we are actually in a channel on daily tf .lower trendline is at .3122 . so if we dnt break that then up we go ...
but for now lets sell on all rallies

EURUSD, EURAUD & EURCAD, high probability to move lower, will be trading these pairs through the coming sessions
Discipline & sticking to your strategy even when you loosing defines great traders.

Just as a reminder. When oil is in an overly excited rally mood period, chopiness becomes surreal. Berserk price moves have a nasty whiplash effect. But after the chopiness is sorted out the trend becomes clear. Soon markets either rally big or selloff big. Most markets look toppish, my bias is on the sellside - risk off i.e. risk hungry ccys to get shorted.

The above pairs pocketed enough pips last week, they had nice bearish moves, very nice trades.

TRADE IDEA;

High probability NZDUSD, EURUSD will trade lower as the week starts,

WATCHLIST;

OIL, EURCAD, EURAUD, EURJPY, AUDJPY
Discipline & sticking to your strategy even when you loosing defines great traders.

The CAD bull has started moving after USDCAD gives up 0.9960 support last week. EURCAD has nasty weekly reversal as per the candlestick pattern. Next support is 1.2980 and if broken down next support is 1.2860. Beyond that support it gets really ugly as the bears will become too strong aiming 1.2480.

Gold likely to retest $1680 before the next up leg. That should be a good level to reload more longs. I hope it can go as low as $1650.

NZDCAD short @0.8310 taken last week working out slowly. At the current price this has already recouped the $465 loss on the yen cross shorts taken 2 weeks back. Still a big bear on kiwi as stated from the beginning of the year.

@Ceinz, @QW - The weekly price action on EURUSD shows a potential breakdown is likely. 1.2950 is definitely the bears target before the bears can gain full strength. Shorts will wait for a rally retest and failure around 1.3310. Last week's EURUSD whacky reversal after all the LTRO hype and Sparta "is saved - see no evil default didn't happen" points to very shaky times for euro bulls and euroland.

T+15 days to go...

Yap, and I still believe that we got acres of space to cover to the downside on this. The euro bear disapointed, am now hunting for longs.

Wow! Some huge commodo trade piling up. WTH... Commodos and commodo ccys are going to taking it in the chin badly here.

AUDUSD - breaks 1.0650 - sinking... Gold has already surpassed S1 of 1680 and now looking to test $1661 before hitting $1650. As for oil, the nosedive is very welcome. This thing should be hammered below $115 for brent and $100 for WTI. Who needs expensive oil with a global GDP slowdown?!
