When caught lying, it is good shutting up earlier than later. I know you have supporters here like 'User' and McReggae but truth has no favourite buddies, you either stick with the truth or continuing fooling yourself that you have an argument.

i.e., Rain makes forests but forests don't make rain. If someone insisted on such an argument, you leave him alone or let him have a ...

So, thanks for calling it enough said while there was nothing said.

Why is alcohol causing disaster only in Central? I have not heard of other provinces facing similar predicament.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...

Distilleries produce many different kinds of alcohol, most commonly ethanol and methanol. Ethanol is what we know as 'alohol' but methanol and other alcohols are lethal. The reason it happens frequently in central is because some 'industrious and entrepreneurial' people out for a quick buck cannot resist the temptation to substitute some ethanol with cheaper methanol or other toxic substance.

I want to add this possible dimension. Bribe takers (read police) may also be piling a lot of pressure by demanding too too much money from brew retailers and manufacturers. For this brewers and bar owners to make money, they have to cost cut. Cost cutting means supplying a lethal brew. Data should be gathered from the ground on the bribery index vs death rate. There must be a rink.

Was there a research done or investigation for this conclusion to have been deduced or its a matter of defending your preferred side?

Bless.
