@the deal - You are one wazuan I have come to respect over time. But when you result to blatant abuse to make your point, you loose all that respect in a flash. I'm disappointed.

I had to check the name again. I thought it is one of those usual suspects who abuse anyone who holds a divergent opinion but alas! It was my Nambrew brother! Seriously???
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

You see, there are posts made on Wazua that are just incredible and only a hard-knocking can resign that type of non-sense back to where it came from. I will support anyone who won't stand by as absurdness is promoted here. Big up to the strong women & men of Wazua. Do not relent!! Excellence must be achieved & maintained!!

My apology if I offended anyone but Ignorant people should not be tolerated, Ignorance will kill this country, I just started this thread to cheer the current market movement, as an investor it delights me to see my portfolio turn green in a month after last years losses, we all know we will not see 2010 prices in 2012. We have countless rights issues coming up, then there is the issue of elections and now the Shilling which has been capped at 82!!!

NIC Bank, Coop, Stan Chartered, Cfc Stanbic, KQ, Kengen (MD talked of raising capital via equity but I see GoK selling a stake to a strategic investor), Mumias Sugar...we can start a thread dedicated to rights issues.

"If I look at the chart above there is an upward primary trend since we closed at 3070 on the 6th of December 2011, giving hope that the index will not see a close below 3000 anytime soon as long as the primary upward trend we have seen since the 6th of December 2011 is not broken in the near term. A break out above 3200 will see the index trade at around 3330 (3200+(3200-3070)) while a break below the upward trend line that's if we see sustained selling pressure in the coming weeks gives me a target of 2920 (3070-(3200-3070))" I wrote on my Blog on 8 Feb 2012, The market is now overbought, pull back (Puncture to the NSE bus) expected anytime from now http://contrarianinvesti...ery-on-course-at-the-nse

I'm waiting to see the 3500 test and the volume behind it. Are we about to see fireworks since this oil thing just changed the tide!

Cartoons or no cartoons...all I care about is making money and do things that make me happy, if I can make 50K on KCB and buy that Iphone then I'm happy, the market will be here forever..there will always be buying and selling opportunities...the difference is the profit...hehehe not the index...so Kenyans let's get that LOIL money.
