CHINESE SELLING 1/8 PLOTS ALONG MSA ROAD??

Nothing wrong with our brothers selling land (if that is the case) but surely why should the advert be in Chinese ? or are they targeting their own market? - see advert in Property Guide of Daily Nation, Page 45.

a law should be passed where foreign entities can only own land if they have a local onboard. like in Kuwait

Pliz explain. If a foreigner wants to build his home, they get a local on board?

Don't look so far. Kenyans cannot buy land in Tanzania. At all! It is mediocre that foreigners can buy land in Kenya, and then get into the business of the selling the land to other people. GoK is asleep.
Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.

Something sounds so wrong at the idea of i buying or trying to buy kenyan land from a foreigner, esp a chinese

How did you know it is a sale advert? Maybe it was a caveat emptor.

I think the new land bill cures this situation.

All caveats I have seen have been 1/4 pg or less
This one is half a pg..
I doubt this has anything to do with chinese
I think the guys have used an unusual banner to
capture ones attention..

This reminds me of one @mlefu who though caveat emptor is the biggest land owner in Kenya
