Was in court jana.What surprised me was 7/9 cases mentioned involved smart looking lads and lasses 23- 35 yrs olds-my estimate, from serious corporates charged with stealing, forging documents etc. later i got talking to the prosecutor and he said, wizi siku hizi ni wa kalamu ... Anyone with experience or info of how an employer was creamed off some cheese?

Coincidentally, today's Daily Nation (29 Feb 2012) has several of those notices warning the public "not to transact....with the above ..."

Seems there is a generation that wants instant gratification...and the easy way...

Djinn/Elder, i had gone to wrestle a small matter of forcible detainer and possessing without colour of right under cap 91 of the penal code. I felt pity for myself since the judge did not even cast me a glance as she dismissed the case in less than 10 minutes. Perhaps she wanted to deal with the many Mboyz from the corporates!
