Mo has a point. Sometimes you need a professional writer to bring out striking stuff from your CV. A buddy of mine was job hunting for over 8 months, someone told her that her CV did not 'sell her'.she paid a professional writer and within weeks, she was interviewed and now has a very nice job. Yeah i know there is an element of luck/being in the right place/blessing etc but all i am saying is that it is not unusual......but i don know any professional CV writerSad

I concur. It is more like PR. You can do it yourself, in which case you may make mistakes and end up saying what you did not intend, or get a professional who manages your image. It usually has nothing to do with performance but has everything to do with perception.

What is nice about the job? Is it what she gets out of it or what produces?
Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.

@burning spear, it's not about performance; it's about image.
