HFCK looking good.

i ve been observing HFCK for a while,after their announcement they re re entering the property development business, according to Ireri, they have set aside upwards of ksh 1B ,targeting the middle income segment, their stocks look like a nice venture on...what do you guys think?

As @mlenny said in a different thread, this stock for a patient guy getting in right now at even KES.14 with a trailing PE of 5.19, will see you take a cool 100% in less than 2 years!
I couldn't agree more.
For now though, i'm happy because of the proposed dividends!

Kenya's Housing Finance profit growth slows in Q1

Kenya's Housing Finance posted an 11 percent rise in first-quarter pretax profit to 190 million shillings ($2.3 million), a sharp slowdown from the 66 percent growth achieved a year ago as higher interest rates curbed demand for mortgages.

The breaks have been applied,it was always going to be difficult growing the loan book in this interest rate regime,the NPLs though does not look so bad as yet.
Let us what the big boys bring.
