I got screwed. I bought a Kanji CD and 1 year later, I hadn't received my CD or refund. When I eventually got my refund they had cut my money by half. I would only advice you to buy service offers anything that is a good can be tricky with this guys. I was very disappointed with Zetu useless guys.

I have used mocality deals several times, prompt reply to my email and you get the good from the shop you never ever interact with mocality.

Any experiences with Rupu?

I bought a valentine offer of safaricom credit of ksh 250.00 to get ksh 500.00. The deal had tipped so the credit was to be paid immediately. I called they said i will get the credit on 15th, I didnt get so on 16th I call, and now am told I have to wait for 5 working days. So, I am waiting and will give you a feed back. But these are not people to deal with. Was my first time.

This is the response to the complaints raised in this forum.
1. The Airtime deal
We were supposed to send the airtime directly to the clients' lines, that was supposed to happen within 5 working days. The delay has been caused by a delay on Safaricom's part. Once the process is complete, the phones will be topped up.

2. We always refund our clients if a deal does not tip or the client wants a refund.
Tony Stark, please reach us on 0701600222 so we can refund you fully.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

@ Zetu,
The deal tipped on January 6th 2011 my coupon code was HL7G-9RY9-PTDG (check your records). I had bought the item over 2 weeks before and I was only given 4 days to redeem the item from you offices. I complained and was told not to worry I can come on a different day.(I have email evidence of this)
Now this is where issues come up I came to your town office over 6 times and I was told stories of ooohhhh they guy who was to bring it hasn't. You even moved offices no communication but eventually I found your new office obviously Kanji CD still hasn't appeared. I asked for a refund on December 5th 2011. This was over 1 year since I bought, waited for deal to tip and chased for the CD.
I might have been incorrect about the refund I got. It wasn't half it was about 0.65. I bought the item for 500 shillings and got back 325. The MPESA reference number BW96DW433 Confirmed(check your records).
Given the story and evidence above you will probably be able to determine who I am. I will not bother calling the number you gave or bother contacting you (I have talked with several receptionist, director of operations and even the MD himself). The 175 shillings you owe is not worth the trouble of all the emails, follow up in your office etc.

I like Kanji but I think I should just go and buy his CD somewhere else.

Good luck with your start up and enterprise.

Cheers!

@ rest of Wazua this is just my experience other people probably have had great experience with Zetu but this is my experience.

Have never heard of this Kanji brand of CDs, try another type of CDs which is more readily available and delivery might be prompt.

Ehh, Kanji Mbugua is a talented gospel afro-fusion Kenyan artist. It's not a brand of CDs.

Read about him here: http://www.mwafrika.com/content/view/511/112/

And here is the Zetu Deal for that CD: http://www.zetu.co.ke/na...mited-edition-kanjii-mbu
Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.

I feel you. In the initial deal they had not stated anything about 5 working days. Infact I even got a call to confirm my Number on 15th Feb and was told to expect the credit. Which ofcourse didnt happen. I wonder why they called in the first place. In their website they have indicated that the credit expires on 13th March so if I dont get it today, then its not worthy it at all!!
