VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE:
PREMIER CUSTOMERS (5 POSITIONS ON A 1 YEAR RENEWABLE
CONTRACT)
Airtel Kenya wishes to recruit the position of Customer Relationship
Executive: Premier Customers in the Customer Service Division.
Reporting to the High Value Team Leader, the incumbents’ shall be
responsible for:
• Driving customer experience and engagement with our top Airtel
Premier customers, leading to higher retention and no bad debts
• Alerting clients of new or improved products and services
• Communicating promotions and changes to customers in a timely
way
• Maintaining a tracker to monitor of all complaints and closures
• Decreasing customer complaints by ensuring all customer
requests are proactively handled in a timely manner
Competencies
•Technology savvy, especially on data and devices
•Customer centric with business acumen
•Customer management skills, non-confrontational, service oriented
•Good operating skills in Microsoft office
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and
verbal
•Excellent organizational and networking skills
Qualifications:
•Undergraduate level in any field
•Experience in customer facing roles within the hospitality or any
other service industry
