I am sure for some time, the port development at Lamu was looking like a mirage to some people, but recent events indicate that this colossus project is taking off in earnest.
Any wazuans who have invested in land? Which are the most prospective areas? Any thoughts on price dynamics in the area after the groundbreaking in March?

@pkoli i can telll u 4 free that if you had anything there you are an instant millionaire...a acre around hindi was going at an M last month...PS^s were atsome point chased down there from nairobi and alot of work going on.

unfortunately some of the surrounding areas like most like many areas in the coast, the land has no titles. I did some inquiries through a guy on the ground but I was informed that the the guys selling only have certificates. any one with information on the areas with clean tittles?
