you need to pay for one week supply of 100 papers daily; cost comes to about sh20k.

Is the profit 3shs per paper?

what do you need to be appointed a distributor?

please share.Including any info about cartels and market restriction.

Now why do think there could be cartels? Looking at Mbogo's story [http://www.wazua.co.ke/forum.aspx?g=posts&t=8854], I don't think there are any.
