Very interesting. Casino economy is another sign of laziness within a prospering economy. Clearly someone with money to gamble with by definition has money. But he or she wants "short cuts" without putting that money to good use by starting a small juakali business, kiosk, or even becoming a hawker and growing their wealth pole pole. Let them lose the money to the last coin, in fact come to think of it this is a good way of efficiently allocating money to those in a better position to use it more productively (the owners of the gambling machines and betting industry).
