so what does nincompoop mean ?

It means an idiot

Nincompoop is an offensive term that deliberately insults somebody’s intelligence or competence.

i.e. Pariah is a nincompoop for thinking I have learnt a new term. He does not know I don't give much hoot about a foreign language which was forced on us so that we can be ruled physically and psychologically for many years.

For writing in inglish here, am also a nincompoop of a higher degree.
