East African Cables-when are interim and final divideds going to be paid?

I visited the Registrars Offices to make inquiries and all i got was a very sharp look from a lady there who told me curtly that the divideds have not been paid. When shall i get my cheque? Anybody else with same problem? Keeping it all in the family

Or they were just trying to 'boost' Tranny?;-) When a company has such problems, be wary as it could be a sign of financial distress. AK had the same problem sometime back, even delaying the AGM.
