Maraambi has failed 2 grow th bank. They hv excellent branch network, favour by th govt bt its internal operations n structure makes it inefficient n uncompetitive.
Since Adan failed 2 get job at kra, he might give it a try n build a legacy

In terms of disclosures Marambi and his team were excellent I think their AGM are the most engaging unlike coop and other banks where everything is stage managed.

The time for Marambii to go was evident during the last AGM, NSSF overturned reelection of some of the directors and it was evident by he new appointees the direction the majority shareholders were taking i.e Gov + NSSF,they want new blood to take this company to the next level.

I think this yr we are going to see more Old guards shown the door for a young board and CEO.

all the local managers working for multinational organizations have no proven leadership coz their work is to implement what the mother company decides. Coca cola,Proctor and gamble etc
