Though its true that women representation in kenyan Boardrooms is dismal, i doubt if the proposed change by CMA will have any meaningful gain on the corporates bottomlines.

Numerous examples exists of occasions where women goof-up big time when in powerful positions.

Analysis done only seems to study peedominatly western based companies in the failing European economies. Nothing is mentioned on the booming chinese, korean or Japanese companies. I dont see the proposal sailing through particularly when it comes to non-state owned firms
