CIC Insurance Group will close its books on the 27th of January to effect the 20:1 Shares split in readiness for Q2 2012 Listing. HAve you bought enough? The OTC will also close on the same date.

The sale by introduction is confusing. Will the share go the TransCentury way of -50% on listing or will it go up?
And what will be the price on NSE?4sh?

What I may be interested in at the moment is the introductory price and the split factor if the shares have been split. What happens after the share is introduced is speculation!

Split was 20 for 1 as per the AGM resolutions.Guessing the price should therefore be about 4sh.

to Manage you expectations, Prices Cannot be 4/= (I once sold some at sh 120/- or ~6sh after split around 4 months ago)

The OTC market is way too illiquid so cannot be the right price determiner. Wait for Faida Investment Bank to advise.

expect more around 7.00. Rememeber even on the counter there wont be many sellers as select (managers) top shareholders may be locked for 2+years
