I must confess I have been seeking more info on this fellow since last year. He is an identity trickster out to fool the world. He was previously: Neo Roggi Rogern last year before metamorphosing into Sir Roggi Rogern Branson, note the last name, claims to belong to the larger Richard Branson family or clan. Has many forged/false identities and is a headache to enforcers. He has a forged UK certificate of birth whose stated residence at time of birth is a government building in the middle of London (like Harambee House)
