Yes CCTV is transmitting, through DSTV channel 409 jana Marshall wass news casting while a dude was reporting from huko juba and from diction,acting it still was all kenyan all the times.

@ Impunity- I strongly suggest yu watch Janet Mbugua today on Citizen at Nine...it may be therapeutic....especially after a long day of ICC et al
