The intentions are good, if it works though it will go a long way in improving health care delivery in the country. Fingers crossed

I have said it before and I will say it again. This is the year of scams in moneyed parastatals. NHIF eloquently elaborated on here, Kengen being screwed for 8B, NSSF selling 2 skyscrapers when there's a property downturn, Postland valuing an acre at 13K, KPA moving its HQ to Nairobi, KAA building a second airport at JKIA, don't have the inside track on KPLC but I'm sure something is cooking.

Some one told me that where the clinics actually exists, services are being offered. vigilance is still needed
