@dijstra Did you ever suceed on quitting pombe? I just learnt the other day that there is an AA programme at Holy Family. In case you're still pursuing your desire to quit.....They meet as follows and you get to join any that suits your job/time schedule Mon,Wed and Fri @ the holy family small hall - 6:45am to 7:45am Tue - 12:30 to 1:30pm Mon evening - 6:15pm to 7:30pm Fridays @the Catholic Parochial Primary - 6:15 to 7:30pm The meetings are open to anybody who has the desire to stay sober,from any race and denomination.
